At 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM, your guides will greet you in the hotel lobby for a quick safety briefing before we set off on our Eco Honda Lead Scooters.
Our first stop is a renowned café serving Banh Cuon, a must-try steamed rice roll dish, where you’ll watch the chef in action. After savoring this local favorite, we ride through the lively Old Quarter, adorned with lanterns, and cruise along the Red River to enjoy Hanoi’s nighttime views.
🟢 Stage 2: Bun Cha & Traditional Tastes
Next, visit a family-run restaurant to enjoy Bun Cha—grilled pork served with vermicelli noodles. We then head to West Lake for a moment of peaceful scenery, followed by a visit to Ngu Xa hamlet, where you’ll sample a spread of Vietnamese specialties like grilled fish, Pho, and banana salad.
