ITINERARY: Hanoi Moped Food Tours
Stage 1: Banh Cuon & Old Quarter Discovery
At 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM, your guides will greet you in the hotel lobby for a quick safety briefing before we embark on the tour with our Eco Honda Lead Scooters. Our first stop is a renowned café serving Banh Cuon, a must-try steamed dish, where you’ll see the chef at work. After enjoying this local favorite, we’ll ride through the Old Quarter, a lively area adorned with lanterns, and travel along the Red River to take in the stunning nighttime views of Hanoi.
Stage 2: Bun Cha & Traditional Tastes
We then visit a well-known family restaurant to savor Bun Cha—grilled pork with vermicelli noodles. Afterward, we ride to West Lake for a peaceful view of the area, followed by a visit to Ngu Xa hamlet, where you’ll taste an assortment of Vietnamese specialties like grilled fish, Pho, and banana salads.
Stage 3: Ho Chi Minh Memorial & Train Street
Next, we stop by the Ho Chi Minh Memorial to watch the nightly tribute ceremonies. We’ll then head to Train Street, where locals go about their evening activities just inches away from the passing trains, providing a fascinating glimpse into daily life in Hanoi.
Stage 4: Egg Coffee & Sweet Finale
Finally, we conclude the evening with a stop at a renowned café where you’ll sample the iconic Vietnamese egg coffee. This frothy concoction is paired with a special dessert that’s only revealed during the tour, making for an unforgettable culinary experience.
