2. Do I have to ride the Vespa myself?
No.
You do not drive the Vespa.
Every guest rides comfortably as a passenger behind one of our experienced, licensed Vespa drivers, making the tour safe, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone.
3. Is it safe?
Yes.
Safety is our highest priority.
Our drivers are licensed professionals with years of experience navigating Hanoi traffic. Every Vespa is regularly serviced, and we provide quality helmets and rain gear.
4. Do I need previous motorcycle experience?
Not at all.
No riding experience is required since your professional driver handles everything.
5. How long are the tours?
Most of our tours last:
- 3 hours (Sunrise Tour)
- 4–4.5 hours (City & Food Tours)
- 5 hours (Countryside Tours)
- Full-day (8 hours) for our City & Countryside Adventure.
6. What time do the tours depart?
Popular departure times include:
- Sunrise: 5:30 AM
- Morning: 8:00 AM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM
- Sunset: 5:00 PM
- Evening Food Tour: 6:00 PM
Daily departures are available throughout the year.
7. Is hotel pickup included?
Yes.
We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.
If you’re staying outside the Old Quarter, we’ll arrange a convenient meeting point.
8. Will we visit Train Street?
Yes.
Train Street is included on many of our itineraries whenever local authorities allow visitor access.
If access is temporarily restricted, we’ll take you to the nearest permitted viewing location.
9. Can I see the train passing?
We schedule our tours to maximize the opportunity, but train schedules occasionally change without notice, so we cannot guarantee a passing train.
